NuAngle Group is seeking a skilled Junior Multi-Media Designer to join our core team in Fourways.

This is an exciting opportunity to work and learn within the Aesthetics and Medical industries, collaborating with international brands in a fun and dynamic environment.

Daily Duties:

The ideal candidate will efficiently and accurately perform the following duties while adhering to best practices and company policies.

Please note that all employees may be expected to perform ad hoc duties as instructed by management to promote teamwork and meet operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing department to meet deadlines and take responsibility for assignments, ensuring compliance with international design standards.
• Follow design brief instructions to create visually compelling communications across various disciplines, including graphic design, social media design, video editing, print design, and basic photography.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) products with professional proficiency.
• Receive instructions, interpret briefs, and deliver required design work within designated time frames.
• Take accountability for the quality of work produced and adhere to international brand Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines.
• Design for premium brands, encompassing social media posts, marketing emailers, in-store elements, and more.
• Create high-end videos with text animation for digital channels.
• Accept constructive criticism and make necessary amendments as required.

Requirements: The successful candidate must possess the following to excel in this role:

• Tertiary Degree in Multimedia Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, or a related qualification.
• Proficiency in Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Proficiency in 2D animation would be advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy.
• Strong aptitude for learning.
• Positive mindset and ability to contribute to our corporate culture.
• 1-5 years of experience as a multimedia designer (less experience will be considered based on exceptional skill demonstrated in portfolio).
• Multimedia portfolio showcasing examples of your work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Determination and drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Own transportation.

Ability to commute/relocate: Johannesburg, Gauteng: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Experience: 2 years of experience in multimedia design (Preferred)
